The payout process involves transferring funds from a merchant’s or service provider’s account to individuals or other accounts. It can be categorized as P2P or P2C.
Seamless Integration:
UPI: Seamless payout integration via UPI allows for direct, instant transfers from the merchant’s account to the recipient’s bank account or UPI ID. This integration ensures a smooth process with automated transactions and minimal manual steps.
IMPS: Seamless IMPS payout enables immediate fund transfers to various accounts, integrated efficiently into the merchant’s payout system, providing prompt payments available at any time.
Let's see how it works:
Merchant initiates a payout request: The merchant wants to send funds to the customer and initiates a payout request through their system, providing necessary details such as the customer's payment method (e.g., UPI, IMPS) and account information.
Merchant collects payment information: The merchant’s system gathers all required payout details, such as the customer's UPI ID or bank account for IMPS, directly from their platform.
Merchant sends payout request to Onegpay: The merchant’s server forwards the payout request to Onegpay’s server with all relevant details in a single, seamless transaction.
Onegpay processes the payout: Onegpay verifies the payout details, processes the transaction in real time, and initiates the transfer of funds to the customer's payment method (e.g., UPI, bank account).
Customer receives funds automatically: Once Onegpay completes the transaction, the funds are automatically credited to the customer’s account without requiring additional steps or postbacks.
In this seamless payout flow, the entire process happens in a single, integrated step. The merchant handles the transaction directly within their system, and Onegpay ensures the real-time transfer of funds to the customer.
